We may update, discontinue, or modify future products and programs at any time.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Payment is processed through third-party payment providers made available through our ecommerce platform. ALCOVE does not directly store your complete credit or debit card details.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

Any applicable taxes, fees, currency conversion charges, or charges imposed by your payment provider may apply depending on your location and payment method.

4. Digital Products

Digital products are supplied electronically, normally through a download link sent to the email address provided during checkout.

You are responsible for entering a valid email address and for downloading and storing your purchased files within any stated download period.

6. Coffee Chats, Workshops and Online Programs

ALCOVE programs are designed as spaces for conversation, reflection, learning, and connection.

Participation does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice or treatment.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and to respect the privacy and dignity of other participants.

ALCOVE may remove a participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or seriously interferes with the experience of others.

7. Scheduling and Program Changes

Dates, times, platforms, and other program details will be provided before the relevant session.

ALCOVE may occasionally need to reschedule or cancel a session because of illness, technical problems, insufficient participation, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

If a paid program is cancelled by ALCOVE and no reasonable alternative is offered, participants will be offered an appropriate refund or other remedy.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the writing, designs, exercises, workbooks, graphics, branding, program materials, and other original content provided through ALCOVE are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing or participating in an ALCOVE offering does not transfer ownership of these intellectual property rights to you.
